Article 799 of the Criminal Procedure Law

1. The procedures and resolutions indicated in the previous articles must be practiced and adopted during the guard duty of the trial court.

2. Notwithstanding the provisions, in those judicial districts in which the guard service is not permanent and lasts more than twenty-four hours, the term established in the previous section may be extended by the Judge for an additional period of seventy-two hours. in those proceedings in which the report had been received within the forty-eight days prior to the end of the guard service.
