No extraordinary security measures will be adopted against the detainee or prisoner except in cases of disobedience, violence or rebellion, or when he or she has attempted or made preparations to escape.
This measure must be temporary, and will only last for the time strictly necessary.

Article 525 of the Criminal Procedure Law explains that extraordinary security measures will be adopted against the detainee in the case of disobedience, violence, rebellion or when he has attempted or made preparations to escape. Otherwise no extraordinary measure will be applied.
