When the detainee or prisoner wishes to be visited by a minister of his religion, by a doctor, by his relatives or by persons with whom he has a relationship of interest, or by those who can give him advice, he must be allowed, with the conditions prescribed in the prison regulations, if they did not affect the secrecy and success of the summary. The relationship with the defense attorney cannot be prevented while in communication.
