Article 515 of the Criminal Procedure Law

The Judge or Court that had agreed to the imprisonment of the rebellious defendant, and the investigating Judges to whom the requests were sent, will inform the Authorities and Judicial Police agents of their respective territories of the circumstances mentioned in article 513.
