Article 323 of the Criminal Procedure Law

Without embargo of the provisions of the previous article, when the place where any procedure of the summary was outside the jurisdiction of the investigating Judge, but in a place close to the point where he is located, and there is danger in delaying it, he may execute it himself, giving immediate notice to the competent Judge.
