Article 322 of the Criminal Procedure Law

The proceedings of the summary that are to be carried out outside the jurisdiction of the investigating judge or the term of the municipal judge who ordered them will take place in the manner determined by title VIII of book I, and will be reserved for all those who should not intervene in them.
