Article 305 of the Criminal Procedure Law

The appointment of special investigative judges that is made in accordance with the previous articles will be and must be understood only for the investigation of the summary with all its incidents. Once this is completed, it will be sent by the special Judge to the Court to whom, according to the current provisions, the case corresponds, so that it can continue and rule in accordance with the law.
