The proceedings of the summary will be reserved and will not be public until the opening of the oral trial, with the exceptions determined in this Law.

The lawyer or attorney Any party that improperly reveals the content of the summary will be corrected with a fine of 500 to 10,000 euros.

Any other person who, not being a public official, commits the same offense will incur the same fine.
