Article 11 of the Criminal Procedure Law

The knowledge of cases for crimes in which persons subject to the jurisdiction ordinary and other regulated jurisdictions will correspond to the ordinary jurisdiction, except for the exceptions expressly stated in the Laws regarding the jurisdiction of another jurisdiction.
