Article 67 of the Penal Code

The rules of the previous article will not apply to the circumstances aggravating factors or mitigating circumstances that the Law has taken into account when describing or sanctioning an infraction, nor those that are so inherent to the crime that without their concurrence it could not be committed.

Article 67 of the Penal Code Spanish refers to cases in which the general rules for the application of aggravating circumstances do not apply and mitigating of the penalties for legal entities of the previous article.
