1. Whoever violates the personal immunity of the Head of another State or of another person internationally protected by a Treaty, will be punished with a prison sentence of six months to three years.
2. When the crimes included in this article and the previous one do not have a reciprocal penalty indicated in the laws of the country to which the offended persons correspond, the offender will be imposed the penalty that would be typical of the crime, in accordance with the provisions of this article. Code, if the offended person did not have the official character mentioned in the previous section.
