4. The judge or court will order the destruction, erasure or rendering unusable of the books, files, documents, articles or any other medium through which the crime was committed. When the crime has been committed through information and communication technologies, the removal of the content will be agreed.

If the acts had been committed through services or content accessible through the Internet or electronic communications services, the judge or court may order the removal of the illicit content or services.
