1. Anyone who carries out, collects or facilitates any act of collaboration with the activities or purposes of a terrorist organization, group or element, or will be punished with prison sentences of five to ten years and a fine of eighteen to twenty-four months. to commit any of the crimes included in this Chapter.

In particular, acts of collaboration include information or surveillance of people, goods or facilities, the construction, conditioning, transfer or use of accommodation or warehouses, the concealment, shelter or transfer of people, the organization of training practices or assistance to them. , the provision of technological services, and any other equivalent form of cooperation or assistance to the activities of terrorist organizations or groups, groups or individuals referred to in the previous paragraph.

When the information or surveillance of persons mentioned in the previous paragraph endangers their life, physical integrity, freedom or property, the penalty provided for in this section in its upper half will be imposed. If injury to any of these legal rights occurs, the act will be punished as co-authorship or complicity, as the case may be.

2. The penalties provided for in the previous section will be imposed on those who carry out any recruitment, indoctrination or training activity, which is directed or which, due to its content, is suitable to incite joining a terrorist organization or group, or to commit any of the crimes included in this Chapter.

These penalties will also be imposed on those who provide training or instruction on the manufacture or use of explosives, firearms or other weapons or noxious or dangerous substances, or on methods or techniques especially suitable for the commission of any of the crimes of the article 573, with the intention or knowledge that they are going to be used for it.

The penalties will be imposed in their upper half, and may reach the highest degree, when the acts provided for in this section have been directed at minors or people with disabilities in need of special protection or at women victims of trafficking with the aim of turning them into victims. spouses, companions or sexual slaves of the perpetrators of the crime, without damage to impose those that are also appropriate for crimes against sexual freedom committed.

3. If collaboration with the activities or purposes of a terrorist organization or group, or in the commission of any of the crimes included in this Chapter, has occurred due to serious recklessness, a prison sentence of six to eighteen months will be imposed and fine of six to twelve months.
