1. Anyone who, by any means, directly or indirectly, collects, acquires, possesses, uses, converts, transmits or carries out any other activity will be punished with a prison sentence of five to ten years and a fine of three to five times its value. with property or securities of any kind with the intention that they be used, or knowing that they will be used, in whole or in part, to commit any of the crimes included in this Chapter.
2. If the property or values are effectively placed at the disposal of the person responsible for the crime of terrorism, the higher penalty may be imposed. If they are used to carry out specific terrorist acts, the act will be punished as co-authorship or complicity, depending on the case.
3. In the event that the conduct referred to in section 1 had been carried out in an attack against the property, committing extortion, documentary forgery or through the commission of any other crime, these will be punished with a penalty higher in degree than the one that corresponds to them, without damage to also impose what is appropriate in accordance with the previous sections.
