Article 572 of the Penal Code

1. Those who promote, constitute, organize or direct a terrorist organization or group will be punished with prison sentences of eight to fifteen years and absolute disqualification for the duration of the sentence.

2. Those who actively participated in the organization or group, or were part of them, will be punished with prison sentences of six to twelve years and absolute disqualification during the time of the sentence.
