Article 571 of the Penal Code

For the purposes of this Code, terrorist organizations or groups will be considered those groups that, meeting the characteristics respectively established in the second paragraph of section 1 of the article 570 bis and in the second paragraph of section 1 of the article 570b, whose purpose or object is the commission of any of the crimes defined in the following section.
