Article 539 of the Penal Code

The authority or public official who dissolves or suspends a legally constituted association from its activities, without a prior judicial resolution, or without legitimate cause that prevents it from holding its sessions, will be punished with the penalty of special disqualification for employment or public office of eight twelve years and a fine of six to twelve months.
