Article 530 of the Penal Code

The authority or public official who, due to a crime, agrees, practices or prolongs any deprivation of liberty of a detainee, prisoner or sentenced person, in violation of the deadlines or other constitutional or legal guarantees, will be punished with the penalty of special disqualification for employment or public office for a period of four to eight years.
