For these purposes, those who call or preside over the meeting or demonstration will be deemed to be directors or promoters of the meeting or demonstration.
2. Those attending a meeting or demonstration who carry weapons or other equally dangerous means will be punished with a prison sentence of one to two years and a fine of six to twelve months. The Judges or Courts, taking into account the background of the subject, circumstances of the case and characteristics of the weapon or instrument carried, may reduce the indicated penalty by one degree.
3. Persons who, on the occasion of holding a meeting or demonstration, carry out acts of violence against the authority, its agents, people or public or private property, will be punished with the penalty that corresponds to their crime, in its upper half. .

5. The promoters or directors of any meeting or demonstration who call, hold or attempt to hold again a meeting or demonstration that had previously been suspended or prohibited, and whenever they intend to subvert the constitutional order or seriously alter public peace, will be punished with prison sentences of six months to one year and a fine of six to twelve months, without damage of the penalty that may apply, if applicable, in accordance with the preceding sections.
