Son punibles las reuniones o manifestaciones ilícitas, y tienen tal consideración:

1.º Las que se celebren con el fin de cometer algún delito.

2.º Aquéllas a las que concurran personas con armas, artefactos explosivos u objetos contundentes o de cualquier otro modo peligroso.
