1. Those who slander, insult or seriously threaten the Government of the Nation, the General Council of the Judiciary, the General Council of the Judiciary, the constitutional Court, to the supreme court, or the Governing Council or the Superior Court of Justice of an Autonomous Community.
The guilty of slander or insults in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph will be exempt from penalty if the circumstances provided, respectively, in articles 207 and 210 of this Code.
A prison sentence of three to five years will be imposed on those who use force, violence or intimidation to prevent the members of said Organizations from attending their respective meetings.
2. Those who seriously insult or threaten the Armies, Classes or Corps and Security Forces, will be punished with a fine of twelve to eighteen months.

Article 504 of the Penal Code, framed in Section I (Crimes against State Institutions) of Chapter III (Crimes against State Institutions and the division of powers) of Title XXI (Crimes against the Constitution) of Book II (Crimes and their penalties) defines the crimes of libel, slander and threats committed against figures of the State and the Legal System such as the National Government, General Council of the Judiciary, Constitutional Court, Supreme Court, Government Council, Superior Court of Justice of an Autonomous Community, Army or Security Forces and Bodies.
