They will incur a prison sentence of two to four years:
1. Those who invade violently or with intimidation the premises where the Council of Ministers or a Government Council of the Autonomous Community is constituted.
2. Those who restrict or by any means create obstacles to the freedom of the Government meeting in Council or of the members of an Autonomous Community Government, meeting in Council, unless the facts constitute another more serious crime.
