Article 493 of the Penal Code

Those who, without standing up publicly, invade with force, violence or intimidation the headquarters of the Congress of Deputies, the Senate or a Legislative Assembly of the Autonomous Community, if they are assembled, will be punished with a prison sentence of three to five years.
