Article 487 of the Penal Code

Anyone who deprives the King, the Queen or any of their ascendants or descendants, the Queen consort or the Queen's consort, the Regent or any member of the Regency, or whoever deprives to the Prince or Princess of Asturias, of their personal freedom, unless the acts are punished with greater penalties in other precepts of this Code.
