1. Whoever causes the King, the Queen or any of their ascendants or descendants, the Queen consort or the Queen's consort, the Regent or any member of the Regency, or the Prince or Princess of Asturias, injuries of those provided in the article 149, will be punished with a prison sentence of fifteen to twenty years.
If it were one of the injuries provided for in the article 150, will be punished with a prison sentence of eight to fifteen years.
2. Whoever causes any other injury will be punished with a prison sentence of four to eight years.
