Article 479 of the Penal Code

After the rebellion manifests itself, the government authority will order the rebels to immediately dissolve and withdraw.

If the rebels do not give up their attitude immediately after the summons, the authority will use the force at its disposal to dissolve them.

The summons will not be necessary from the moment the rebels open fire.
