Article 455 of the Penal Code

1. Anyone who uses violence, intimidation or force on things to carry out their own right, acting outside of legal channels, will be punished with a fine of six to twelve months.

2. The higher degree penalty will be imposed if weapons or dangerous objects are used for intimidation or violence.
