Article 454 of the Penal Code

Exempt from the penalties imposed on accomplices are those who are accomplices of their spouse or of a person to whom they are stably linked by a similar emotional relationship, of their ascendants, descendants, siblings, by nature, by adoption, or similar in nature. the same degrees, with the sole exception of the concealers who are included in the assumption of number 1 of the article 451.
