The authority or public official who, abusing his position, commits any Crime of fraud or of fraud of benefits from the Social Security System of the article 307 ter, will incur the penalties respectively indicated for these, in its upper half, which may go up to the highest in degree, and special disqualification for employment or public office and for the exercise of the right to passive suffrage for a period of three to nine years, unless The acts are punished with a more serious penalty in some other provision of this Code.
