Those who, offering to carry out the conduct described in the two previous articles, request gifts, presents or any other remuneration from third parties, or accept an offer or promise, will be punished with a prison sentence of six months to one year. If the crime is committed by a public authority or official, the penalty of special disqualification for public office or employment and for the exercise of the right to passive suffrage for a period of one to four years will also be imposed.

When in accordance with the provisions of the article 31 bis a legal person is responsible for the crimes included in this Chapter, a fine of six months to two years will be imposed.

Following the rules established in the article 66 bis, judges and courts may also impose the penalties set forth in letters b) to g) of section 7 of the article 33.
