Anyone who, with knowledge of its falsification or alteration, imports, exports, advertises or advertise, offer, exhibit, sell, facilitate, dispense, dispatch, package, supply, including intermediation, traffic, distribute or put on the market, any of the medicines, active substances, excipients, health products, accessories, elements or materials referred to in the previous article, and thereby generates a risk to the life or health of people.

The same penalties will be imposed on anyone who acquires them or has them in storage for the purpose of using them for public consumption, for use by third parties or for any other use that may affect public health.
