Article 266 of the Penal Code

1. Anyone who commits the damage provided for in section 1 of article 263 by means of fire, or causing explosions, or using any other means of similar destructive power or that generates a relevant risk of death will be punished with a prison sentence of one to three years. explosion or causing other particularly serious damage, or endangering the life or integrity of people.

2. Anyone who commits the damages provided for in section 2 of article 263, in any of the circumstances mentioned in the previous section, will be punished with a prison sentence of three to five years and a fine of twelve to twenty-four months.

3. Anyone who commits the damages provided for in articles 265, 323 and 560, in any of the circumstances mentioned in section 1 of this article, will be punished with a prison sentence of four to eight years.

4. In any of the cases provided for in the previous sections, when damage is committed involving the provocation of explosions or the use of other means of similar destructive power and, in addition, the life or integrity of people is endangered, the penalty will be imposed on its upper half.

In the event of fire, the provisions of article 351 will apply.
