Whoever destroys, seriously damages, or renders unusable for service, even temporarily, military works, establishments or installations, warships, military aircraft, means of military transportation or transmission, war material, supplies or other means or resources affected by the service of the Armed Forces or the Security Forces and Bodies, will be punished with a prison sentence of two to four years if the damage caused exceeds one thousand euros.

Article 265 of the Penal Code Spanish refers to the corresponding penalties for the crime of damage of means and resources of the Armed Forces or the Security Forces and Bodies.
