Anyone who, without being duly authorized, produces, acquires for use, imports or, in any way, provides to third parties, with the intention of facilitate the commission of any of the crimes referred to in the two previous articles:
a) a computer program, designed or adapted mainly to commit any of the crimes referred to in the two previous articles; either
b) a computer password, access code or similar data allowing access to all or part of an information system.
