When in accordance with the provisions of the article 31 bis a legal person is responsible for the crimes included in the three previous articles, the following penalties will be imposed:
a) Fine of two to five years or five times to twelve times the value of the damage caused, if it is a higher amount, in the case of crimes punishable by a prison sentence of more than three years.
b) Fine of one to three years or three to eight times the value of the damage caused, if the amount is higher, in the rest of the cases.
