Article 256 of the Penal Code

1. Anyone who makes use of any telecommunications terminal equipment, without the consent of its owner, and causing the latter a damage financial, will be punished with a fine of three to twelve months.

2. If the amount of damage caused does not exceed 400 euros, a fine of one to three months will be imposed.
