Article 246 of the Penal Code

1. Anyone who alters the terms or boundaries of towns or estates or any type of signs or milestones intended to set the limits of properties or demarcations of contiguous properties, both public and private, will be punished with a fine of three to eighteen months.

2. If the reported profit does not exceed 400 euros, a fine of one to three months will be imposed.
