When the person responsible for the crimes provided for in the two previous articles returns the minor or the person with a disability in need of special protection to their home or residence, or deposits them in a known and safe place, without having made them the object of harassment, abuse or any criminal act, nor having endangered his life, health, physical integrity or sexual freedom, the act will be punished with imprisonment from three months to one year or a fine from six to 24 months, as long as the place of stay of the minor or the person with a disability in need of special protection has been communicated to their parents, tutors or guardians, or the absence would not have exceeded 24 hours.
