Article 203 of the Penal Code

  Penal Code

1. Shall be punished with imprisonment from six months to one year and a fine from six to ten months whoever enters the home of a legal person public or private, professional office or office, or in a commercial establishment or premises open to the public outside of opening hours.

2. Anyone who remains against the will of the owner, outside opening hours, at the address of a public or private legal entity, professional office or office, or in commercial establishment or premises open to the public.

3. Shall be punished with imprisonment from six months to three years, who with violence or intimidation enters or remains against the will of its owner in the domicile of a public or private legal person, professional office or office, or in commercial establishment or premises open to the public.
