Article 202 of the Penal Code

1. The individual who, without living in it, enters into dwelling alien or stays in the same against the will of its resident, will be punished with imprisonment from six months to two years.

2. If the act is carried out with violence or intimidation, the penalty will be imprisonment from one to four years and a fine from six to twelve months.
