Anyone who, without being duly authorized, produces, acquires for use, imports or, in any way, provides to third parties, with the intention of facilitate the commission of any of the crimes referred to in sections 1 and 2 of article 197 or article 197 bis:

a) a computer program, designed or adapted primarily to commit such crimes; either

b) a computer password, access code or similar data allowing access to all or part of an information system.
