1. Whoever, through the internet, the telephone or any other information and communication technology, contacts a minor under sixteen years of age and proposes to arrange a meeting with them in order to commit any of the crimes described in articles 183 and 189, provided that such a proposal is accompanied by material acts aimed at rapprochement, it will be punished with one to three years in prison or a fine of twelve to twenty-four months, without damage of the penalties corresponding to the crimes, if any, committed. The penalties will be imposed in their upper half when the approach is obtained through coercion, intimidation or deceit.

2. Whoever, through the internet, the telephone or any other information and communication technology, contacts a minor under sixteen years of age and performs acts aimed at tricking him into providing him with pornographic material or showing him pornographic images in which represents or appears a minor, will be punished with a prison sentence of six months to two years.

Article 183 ter of the Penal Code establishes the penalties with which the person who contacts a minor under 16 years of age to arrange a meeting and commit an act of a sexual nature, or to deceive him in order to provide him with pornographic material, will be punished, both behaviors being considered a crime of sexual abuse of minors under 16 years of age.
