Article 182 of the Penal Code

1. Anyone who, using deceit or abusing a recognized position of trust, authority or influence over the victim, performs acts of a sexual nature with a person over the age of sixteen and under the age of eighteen, will be punished with a prison sentence of one to three years.

2. When the acts consist of carnal access through the vaginal, anal or oral route, or introduction of bodily members or objects through one of the first two routes, the penalty will be imprisonment from two to six years. The penalty will be imposed in its upper half if the 3rd or 4th circumstance of those provided for in article 180.1 of this Code concurs.
