Article 177 of the Penal Code

If in the crimes described in the preceding articles, in addition to the attack on moral integrity, injury or damage occurs to the life, physical integrity, health, sexual freedom or property of the victim or a third party, the acts will be punished separately with the penalty that corresponds to them for the crimes committed, except when it is already specially punished by law.
