The authority or public official who, abusing his position and outside of the cases included in the previous article, attempts against the moral integrity of a person will be punished with a prison sentence of two to four years if the attack is serious, and of imprisonment from six months to two years if it is not. In any case, the author will be imposed, in addition to the penalties indicated, that of special disqualification for employment or public office for two to four years.
